The MENTOR Initiative of Hancock County

We are a locally based non-profit organization focused on raising awareness of sustainable, locally grown food which engages in countywide community garden programs.

The majority of produce/crops grown are donated to locally less fortunate individuals and the organizations who serve them. The remaining produce/crops are sold to local businesses with all profits reinvested to support the nonprofit and local economy.

We currently assist over 1,000 individuals across Hancock County.

Will you consider supporting us as we expand our operations to accommodate the year round need of fresh, healthy food for those less fortunate?
